We had an awesome time in the apartment from the check-in to the check-out.
Everything was perfect and exactly described as advertised.
(Except maybe the early wake up from the military camp 😉 )
The city center is in walking distance (10-15 minutes), Laginha beach 5-10 minutes.
We definitely recommend it.
